Jacette - Recipe Management Application
Desktop recipe management application developed in JavaFX with PostgreSQL
Jacette is a modern desktop application developed in Java 24 and JavaFX for managing your cooking recipes. It uses an MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture with the DAO pattern for data access and a Service layer for business logic. The application offers an intuitive interface to create, organize, search and view your recipes with PostgreSQL as database. The project uses Docker to containerize the database and Maven for dependency management.
